The range of Acesol FUSSIONGLASS thermal emitters very elegantly combines an innovative design, complete programming and great energy efficiency, making it a very advanced heating product. Its excellent applied engineering makes it possible for it to offer greater performance and lower consumption than its thermal fluid predecessors, and to exceed any other type of thermal emitter by far. Its great, high-resolution LCD screen with a 15 cm2 display allows the adjustments to be viewed from all angles, together with its 3 high resistance and smooth silicon keys, make its handling simple and ergonomic, without the need to bend down or to get into uncomfortable positions.

You can also choose to programme the emitter with the Acesol remote control, or with remotes by Sony, Philips or other compatible brands.

Also, complete programming allows an independent temperature to be assigned to each hour, 24 hours a day/7 days a week, by means of configurable programmes, or to choose one of its 9 default programmes with the most common heating situations.

Energy Efficiency

The Acesol FUSSIONGLASS thermal emitters are manufactured by means of an innovative technique making their performance higher than that of other electric heating systems and other similar products. Its average consumption during 10 hours of heating is of approximately 25% regarding 100% of the nominal power.

This is one of the keys to its great efficiency, apart from the use of top quality materials and the most advanced components in the market.

The new Acesol FUSSIONGLASS is made up by interconnected inalterable high quality and heat transmission extruded aluminium modules, controlled by the electronic PID (Proportional - Integral - Derivative) system, applying power in an alternating or complete manner, according to the requirements.

The emitter uses the energy required at each moment in time in a precise manner, thanks to its electronic PID controller and its high sensitivity detection probe (0.1 ºC) substantially improving the precision and response speed, as opposed to other control methods.

The substitution of the special heat conveying fluid for a series of solid direct thermal transfer elements makes the new FussionGlass maintain a greater thermal inertia, which does not occur in the so-called "dry emitters".

The high thermal conductivity and low consumption resistances are strategically arranged in order for them not to waste time and energy to reach the set point temperature when they start working. Being interspersed between the modules make them start from a stable temperature, making them provide useful energy to the environment practically from the moment they are started, optimising the thermal transfer and all leading to energy saving and efficiency.

If to this we add a high-resistance tempered glass front panel, thermally treated to withstand thermal and mechanical shocks, allowing an extra heat contribution by means of smooth radiation (with low power density per cm2), and combine it with its advanced electronic PID control, with its top quality materials and its specific design, we obtain a product taking maximum advantage of the energy consumed, using in a very efficient manner and achieving higher performance.

The Acesol FUSSIONGLASS emitters are designed to adapt to all spaces, from the most plain to the most sophisticated, either classic or modern. We could say heating has gone on to occupy a primordial position among household appliances.

The combination of aluminium and glass has resulted in a new thermal emitter concept that we could call "vitro - solid" which, apart from its differentiated design and aesthetics, reaches very high energy efficiency levels. The availability of casings finished off in mirror qualities (gold, silver and white), introducing smooth and elliptical shapes and plain and luminous colours, allow the emitters to fit in perfectly in any environment.

Versatility, Simplicity and Peace of Mind.

A characteristic that stands out is the great versatility and simplicity regarding its installations. We can guarantee the heating will be fully installed in 2 to 3 hours, without any kind of works in your home, without any kind of project or civil works and, of course, without any kind of maintenance. It is so simple you yourself can install it.

On the other hand, it is so easy to transport and install that it is possible to exchange the thermal emitters in the case of rooms or situations demanding greater heat contribution, making this heating very versatile.

Efficient, fast, safe and healthy heating that does not consume oxygen or creates temperature differences since the heat transfer and distribution is made uniformly by means of convection, conduction and radiation.

The possibility of the new FussionGlass operating at full power (100%), medium power (50%) or only with the heated thermal glass optimises power absorption, even allowing for contracting a lower power supply, and increases versatility to unimaginable levels.

Characteristics and Qualities.

Great High-resolution LCD display (15 cm2) with white characters on a blue lit background, allowing to view the adjustments standing up and from all angles, in an easy and ergonomic manner, without the need to bend down or to get into uncomfortable positions.

The intensity of the screen adapts automatically according to the environmental luminosity. Its pleasant light is an aid when trying to get to sleep, most of all for children, acting as a night light.

Complete Programming. It has nine default programmes covering all needs for comfort in any room or premises and four fully-customisable user programmes.

It includes the possibility to programme the temperature desired for each hour of the day, making it more efficient than the rest of the products on the market that only allow adjustments within a range of 3.5ºC (taking into account that a 1ºC difference means an extra consumption of approximately 7%).

Full or partial operation. It can work at full power (100%), medium power (50%) or only with the heated thermal glass, in this way optimising power absorption.

PID electronics. Integrated control system with electronic thermostat.

Its electronic P.I.D. management system allows the optimisation of the operation as it has a fast detection environmental temperature sensor (0.1Cº), whose readings are interpreted by a microcontroller by means of a management algorithm and, depending on these, the operating command is given, for the least amount of time possible, to achieve the objective temperature set by the user, using the minimum energy contribution. As opposed to other systems that use a relay, this has a practically unlimited number of manoeuvres.

An exclusive PID system has been designed for our emitters, allowing for the advantages of traditional PID (optimum control) but very significantly improving the response speed, and inconvenience implied in traditional P.I.D systems. This speed achieves an exact temperature control and a reaction capacity higher to that of other systems, optimising energy efficiency.

The emitter can be configured for it to disconnect in the case of detecting a sudden temperature drop (morning ventilation, etc.)

Consumption meter. The emitter includes an electricity consumption meter that can be permanently visible instead of the time, allowing for the real heating expense to be controlled in order to calculate the bill that will be received.

Fireproof, electronic casing, with top quality finish, made of ABS.V0.*(self-extinguishing) and possessing excellent mechanical features, halogen free components and anti-UV protection.

Designed in smooth and harmonious shapes for perfect integration with the aluminium body.

Ergonomic design. The controls are located in the upper part and the screen is designed so as to offer a high display (it can be seen from almost any angle), avoiding getting into forced positions and enabling its handling for persons with sight and mobility impairments.

DSS® Security System. This innovative security system, exclusive to Acesol heaters, serves to manage internal apparatus conditions.

A Remote Control with all the functions of the emitter. It has memories to store programmes and to send these to the emitters.

There is also the possibility of switching the emitter on/off and of raising/lowering the temperature with infrared remotes by Sony, Philips or other compatible brands.

Keypad Blocking/Unblocking function to avoid unauthorised handling, or operation modifications

Omnipolar switch at the back of the unit, which apart from being hidden also avoids accidental operation.

ºC or ºF Operation Selection, Ideal for persons from other countries that use this measurement. Selection to be permanently lit or to light up only during adjustments.

Main body of interconnected extruded aluminium modules, inalterable to the weather and to corrosion. With a finned shape to increase the surface area in contact with the air and for heat transfer to be optimum, housing the electric resistance inside it.

The resistance is embedded in the body of the element in a firm manner, with optimum contact between them, without the existence of intermediate air grooves or gaps, making it possible for the heat generated to be transferred rapidly and effectively to the aluminium body.

The blocks of the modular body are formed by elements in pairs to divide the power applied into two, in such a way that it can work separately or jointly with the elements located in the even position, or with those located in the uneven position. In this way, the thermal inertia of each aluminium body is used in an optimum manner, by going from full to half the power and vice-versa.

Heated tempered glass front panel resistant to thermal and mechanical shocks. It acts as the aesthetic "closure" of the set, favouring heat transmission to the environment through convection by reflecting the heat received from the aluminium body via radiation, making it rise. Also, it offers an extra heat power support to the equipment, as it can be heated, in this way reinforcing the heat transmission of the set. The heat generated by the panel is transmitted horizontally, mainly through radiation, which increases the thermal feeling in the body.

Extruded lacquered aluminium casings (top and bottom). These serve both as attachment and safety closure to avoid any accidental contact with surfaces that are too hot and with the parts that have electric voltage, both in the upper and lower parts, and as optimum heat-sink through convection.

Metal-clad resistors built in AISI-304 stainless steel tube, which possesses high heat conductivity, low power consumption with anti-damp system.
